Brotherhood of LightFull Color Egyptian Tarot Cards
These exquisite full-color tarot cards are a system of symbolical pictograph through which Egyptian initiates conveyed spiritual ideas derived from a still more ancient past.
As astrology is the Golden Key and the tarot is the Silver Key, this is the only deck that correctly indicates the astrological correspondence on each card and the numerological symbolism associated with the Roman, Hebrew, and Egyptian alphabets.
This text explores the relationships between the Tarot, kabala, astrology and ancient numerology. Integral to this system is the correspondence of the 12 zodiacal signs and 36 decanate constellations with the Major and Minor Arcana.
The Brotherhood of Light Tarot deck also integrates the symbolism of colors and geometric shapes. The back of the cards, inspired by the traditional “carpet pages” found in illuminated ancient manuscripts, features two mirrored images with core diamond shapes.
The original black and white version of this deck was published in 1936 by the Church of Light with card designs by Gloria Beresford. In 2003 Vicki Brewer redrew the original black and white images, and in 2009 she redesigned the cards as full-color Egyptian Tarot cards.
Accompanying the Tarot deck is a 48-page instruction booklet, excerpted from The Sacred Tarot, which provides brief descriptions and interpretations for each of the 78 cards; 22 Major Arcana, 40 Minor Arcana, and 16 Court Cards. Also included are instructions for reading the Tarot cards using two popular spreads. The booklet outlines the history of the Egyptian tarot deck, descriptions of the cards and instructions for use including various spreads.
A more detailed exposition and instructions for use in divination and spiritual science can be found in the corresponding book (CS06) The Sacred Tarot by C. C. Zain.
"This is the most metaphysically integrated tarot deck I've ever used. If you're an astrologer, this is a must-have deck."

The deck was created and illustrated by David Palladini.
Palladini combined the symbols of the traditional Tarot with more modern, updated images in a combination of Art Deco and Art Nouveau styles. He created a unique blend of colourful, emotive backgrounds with pale faced, stoic characters.
David Palladini is an American illustrator, best known for his Aquarian Tarot decks and children's book illustrations, especially his illustrations for The Girl Who Cried Flowers by Jane Yolen. His style is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau illustrations of Alfons Mucha and Aubrey Beardsley.
Born in Italy and emigrated to America as a child, David Palladini's dual cultural background is expressed in the lush creativity of his work. After studying art, photography, and film at New York's Pratt Institute, David's first professional assignment was as a photographer for the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City. He illustrated the novel The Eyes of the Dragon by Stephen King, and Beauty: A Retelling of the Story of Beauty and the Beast by Robin McKinley. He currently lives in Newport Beach, California and continues to paint, write, and exhibit his work.
As rich and complex as life itself, the Crystal Tarot blends the look of stained glass with art nouveau style to gracious effect. The use of patterns within patterns gives depth to the traditional pictures of the Tarot. Influenced by both the Rider-Waite and Thoth Tarot decks, this modern Tarot is an exquisite blend of the old and the new. The familiar images are all there, while the details—executed in brilliant and unusual colors—invite viewers to linger, to search, to make sure they miss nothing—an effective trait in a tool of self-examination.
The images on the Crystal Tarot appear to be stained glass and, indeed, this deck is called I Tarocchi di Vetro in Italian.
Artist Elisabetta Trevisan used tempera and pastels to create these crystalline scenes.
This deck was originally published as just the 22 major arcana cards, but the minor arcana has been added to this edition. The card titles are given in five languages with Italian the largest at the bottom, and the other four languages at the top. The card number is given in roman numerals. The suit names and court cards are standard except with cups as chalices and pages as knaves.
The Crystal Tarot is produced by Lo Scarabeo in Italy.
The Goddess Tarot uses goddess stories and imagery to update traditional tarot symbolism, addressing women's contemporary needs. Goddess Tarot is ornately illustrated with evocative details that bring tarot to life in new ways.
Each card in the Major Arcana depicts the story of a different goddess. Each suit in the Minor Arcana corresponds to one of the four elements -- earth, air, water, and fire -- as well as to a particular goddess. The suit of cups is associated with Venus, the Roman goddess of love. The suit of swords relates to Isis, the Egyptian goddess of magic and redemption. Pentacles portray Lakshmi, the Hindu goddess of prosperity, and the suit of staves depict Freyja, the Norse goddess of creativity.
Rich in symbolism as it is in beauty, the 78-card Goddess Tarot deck is an instrument for personal growth and an essential tool of empowerment and transformation for women everywhere.
Artist and author Kris Waldherr also provides a beautifully written instruction booklet to help you get the most out of The Goddess Tarot.
An absolutely stunning display of lavish gold foil and exquisite Renaissance art, this deck is pure magic and mystery!
The shimmering gold reflects the light, seducing the intuition and delighting the eye. This deck is a treasure, truly a must-have for all Tarot enthusiasts. Originally commissioned in 1450 by the Duke of Milan, and attributed to Bonifacio Bembo, this is a reproduction of the oldest extant Tarot deck.
Perhaps the oldest—and certainly the most complete—example of the Tarot, known by a variety of names. Attributed to Bonifacio Bembo, they were commissioned in 1450 for Filippo Maria Visconti, the Duke of Milan, Italy. Because they weren’t finished until his successor, Francesco Sforza, was in office, this deck is often called the Visconti-Sforza Tarot or simply the Visconti Tarot. Today, part of the deck is housed in the Pierpont Morgan Library in New York, part is kept at the Accademia Carrara in Bergamo, and the rest are held in the private collection of the Colleoni family also of Bergamo. As a result of its current ownership, it is also known as the Morgan-Bergamo version of the Tarot.
The Booklet that accompanies the deck includes a bit of history and information, divinatory meanings and a five card position spread. The instructions for using this spread are interesting. You separate the Majors and Minors. Then you only use the suit associated with your question, followed by just the Majors, giving you ten cards on the five-position spread. This technique can be added to any Tarot reading that answers a question.
Boxed Deck of 78 - 3 x 5 inch, full-color cards and 9 instructional cards. Booklet included.
